We will provide a quote valid for 24 hours and a 30% deposit is required to hold your date and time.

The total of your hire is due 24 hours before your booking commences. No bookings will proceed without our confirmation email and deposit.

Please respect the space and what is on offer. Other bookings may be impacted if you soil the space, damage the Cyc or generally leave behind a mess that needs us to clean up prior to the next booking.

In short, if you make a mess, clean it up. If you damage or mark the Cyc or floor clean it up for the next person.

Additional cleaning fees apply for dirt and marks left behind on the Cyc.

If professional painting is required to we will invoice you for the cost of labour and materials to bring it back to useable condition. This forms part of your booking terms and conditions and by proceeding with the booking you agree to such.

We don't like damaged stuff - a lot of love sweat and tears went into building this studio and we intimately know every square centimetre of the location.

If you choose to damage the studio, accidentally or otherwise you will be responsible for any and all costs associated with repairs including labour and materials.

Shoes are not welcome once inside the studio. Please ensure you bring socks or similar when working within the confines of the internal areas.

The only exception to this will be when you need to photograph people that need to be seen as wearing shoes. Sideline attendants like MUA's and hairdressers are welcome to stand on the sides but again sans shoes.

We offer an extensive range of hire equipment and that comes with a separate hire agreement and terms and conditions.

We are busy building a standalone hire section to your website to aid in hiring and assessing equipment.

As a rule, we are a Canon and Elinchrom studio so please plan to shoot using ancillary equipment and triggers suited to these two brands.

We are committed to providing a secure environment for all visitors to our studio and property. Our premises and their surroundings are under constant video surveillance.

Surveillance video is only retained for a specified period of time except where its retention for a longer period is required to assist the investigation of unlawful, suspicious activities or defence of claims against us, the property owners and the location.

We reserve the right to share details, footage and audio of suspected illegal and undesirable activities with law enforcement bodies and regulatory bodies.

In light of the current COVID-19 pandemic, we understand that restrictions may affect your booking.

We are monitoring development as they are announced. Should any relevant State and Federal Government Travel Restrictions mean that you will be unable to change or cancel your booking inside the cancellation conditions of your booking, we will allow a change of date within 12 months of your booking subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse entry or hire to anyone associated with the booking displaying COVID-19 like symptoms at check-in.

We are taking this pandemic seriously and we ask you to be aware of the repercussions of rolling up to your booking with cold and flu-like symptoms.

No refund of any amounts paid will be made, and you are responsible for your costs or expenses that may arise from this refusal. In no event shall the owners, business or related entities be liable for any loss of any nature arising out of such a cancellation event.

Nada! Our customers love the fact you can drive in behind a secured electric gate, head down in their own car, park right outside the straight to the door of the studio.

That way you can unload your gear or items to be photographed, construct your set and not worry about the parking inspector.

Your booking secures your use of the studio and stops any other users from taking that slot. If you cancel it will inconvenience others and may results in an unused space for that day.

If you cancel within 72 hours of your start time 50% of the hire is retained.

If you need to cancel within 48 hours of the booking we reserve the right to charge out the full amount of your booking.

By booking our space you agree to be liable for any damage your activity may create to our premises, equipment and ancillary offering.

Upon accepting our terms of hire you agree that the location, owners or staff assisting your booking will not be held responsible or liable in the event of injury, death or other psychological impacts your experience with us may bring.

Please ensure you are aware of your exact booking start and end time.

Our team need time to clean out the studio and prepare it for the next booking. Your adherence to this is important for a smooth flowing booking system.

If you need additional time or enter into overtime you will need to contact us as soon as possible to check for booking conflicts and agree to additional hourly rate fees of $140 for the first hour over and above the booked time.

Start times prior to your booked time are possible and we ask that you enquire prior to booking your slot.

There will be additional out of hours fees payable should you wish to access the studio earlier.

Please factor in the time it takes for MUA's and hairdressers/stylists to do their thing. Sometimes booking a full day for bigger shoots is a smarter way to operate.
